G’s Nutrition Plan is a customized plan, based on the client's medical history, goals and current state of health.
Initial Visit
In the first visit, we assess your body composition, as well as your medical history, dietary habits, and overall lifestyle. Based on all these factors and goals, we develop an appropriate diet pattern using the foods that you enjoy!
Follow-Up Visits:
Follow-up visits are an important component of our nutrition program, and are key in helping you stay on track. On a bi-weekly basis, they will help you stay focused and committed to healthy food choices for yourself. We will educate you on food labels, and all of the macro-nutrients.
